Primero de todo, me gustaría pediros
disculpas por la ausencia de entradas en el blog, como ya comenté
anteriormente, tengo nuevo trabajo que me absorbe bastante. Pero bueno, cada
vez que veo alguna cosa interesante lo cuelgo
y así estáis informad@s.
Hoy os quiero hablar de un manjar que se
ha puesto de moda en la gran manzana, una pasta que es medio donut y medio
croisant. Cuando lo escuche por primera vez no me lo pude creer, y tenia
muchísimas ganas de probarlo. Así que empecé a buscar, y descubrí que aquí más
cerquita también tenemos a un pastelero que lo hace.
La pasta se llama cronut, y aquí os dejo
algunas imágenes. Están buenísimos!!!
La pastelería que los hacen se encuentra
en Sant Celoni, y se llama Patisseria Lleonart.
